We automatically collect data about your use of the Platform, including: games played, bets placed, payouts received, Vault Coin and Safe Coin balances, deposit and withdrawal history, win/loss records, game outcomes, Level and XP progress, and timestamps of all activity.

2.3 Device and Technical Information. When you access VaultBet, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and pages visited on the Platform. This information is collected for security, fraud prevention, and platform integrity purposes.

2.4 Communications. If you contact VaultBet through our Discord server or support channels, we may retain records of those communications for support and moderation purposes.

2.5 Information We Do Not Collect. We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, or government-issued identification unless specifically required and disclosed for identity verification purposes in connection with withdrawals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

(a) Account Management. To create, maintain, and administer your VaultBet account, including verifying your identity and eligibility.

(b) Platform Operation. To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including processing game outcomes, managing virtual currency balances, and facilitating deposits and withdrawals.

(c) Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, money laundering, bot usage, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and other violations of our Terms of Service.

(d) Level and Rakeback System. To track XP earned through gameplay, calculate your Level, and deliver appropriate rakeback rewards and benefits.

(e) Customer Support. To respond to your support requests, resolve disputes, and communicate important account notifications.

(f) Compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities, including anti-money laundering obligations.

(g) Platform Improvement. To analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Platform's features, performance, and user experience.

(h) Moderation. To enforce our Terms of Service, Chat Rules, and Acceptable Use Policy, including reviewing chat messages and reports from other users.

We will not use your personal information for purposes incompatible with those listed above without first notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

4.1 Storage. Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

4.2 Password Security. Your password is never stored in plaintext. We use bcrypt hashing with a strong work factor to store passwords securely. Even VaultBet staff cannot view your password.

4.3 Access Controls. Access to personal information within VaultBet is restricted to staff who require it to perform their duties. All staff with access to personal data are required to keep it confidential.

4.4 Data Breach. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as promptly as practicable through the Platform or our Discord server.

4.5 Limitations. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

VaultBet does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use browser localStorage to store the following information on your device:

(a) Authentication Token. A JSON Web Token (JWT) used to keep you logged into your account across sessions. This token expires automatically and is cleared when you log out.

(b) Currency Preference. Your selected display currency (Vault Coins or Safe Coins) to personalise your experience.

(c) Disclaimer Acceptance. A flag indicating that you have accepted VaultBet's age and affiliation disclaimer, so you are not shown it on every visit.

You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will log you out of VaultBet and reset your stored preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics tracking, or cross-site tracking.

6.1 No Sale of Personal Data. VaultBet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

6.2 Service Providers. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (for example, database hosting). These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

6.3 Discord. If you interact with VaultBet through our Discord server, your interactions are subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review Discord's privacy practices.

6.4 Legal Requirements. 6.6 Aggregated Data. We may share aggregated, anonymised data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you - for example, aggregate game statistics - without restriction.

Certain information you submit to VaultBet - such as your username, chat messages, and game activity - may be visible to other users of the Platform.

You should exercise caution about what personal information you choose to disclose in public areas of the Platform, including the chat. VaultBet is not responsible for any information you voluntarily disclose publicly.

Chat messages and other user-generated content may be stored, reviewed by VaultBet staff for moderation purposes, and used as evidence in the event of a dispute or report.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the following exceptions:

(a) We may retain certain information where required by applicable law or regulation. (b) We may retain information necessary to resolve outstanding disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, or prevent fraud. (c) Aggregated, anonymised data derived from your account activity may be retained indefinitely.

Transaction records and game history may be retained for longer periods to comply with anti-money laundering and recordkeeping obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

(a) Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

(b) Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

(c) Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to our data retention obligations described in Section 8.

Please note that some rights may be limited - for example, we may refuse a deletion request if we are required to retain the data for legal or compliance reasons.

VaultBet is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend their account and delete their personal information as soon as practicable.

If you believe a minor has created an account on VaultBet, please report it to us through our Discord server immediately.

VaultBet may be accessed from jurisdictions around the world. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to our servers, which may be located in jurisdictions with data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any cross-border transfers of personal data are subject to appropriate safeguards, consistent with applicable law.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify users through the Platform or our Discord server.

Your continued use of VaultBet after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

VaultBet does not currently operate a business email address. For any privacy-related requests, questions, or concerns - including data access, correction, or deletion requests - please contact us through our official Discord server.
