Terms of Service

VaultBet ("we," "us," "our") is the owner and operator of VaultBet and any affiliated websites or related services ("VaultBet" or the "Platform"). VaultBet is an entertainment platform that allows users to play a variety of chance-based games ("Games") using two separate virtual currency systems: (i) Vault Coins ("VC"), an internal virtual currency used to play Games and participate in platform activities, which may be deposited and withdrawn subject to these Terms; and (ii) Safe Coins ("SC"), an internal virtual currency used exclusively for free-play purposes with no monetary value whatsoever.

VaultBet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other gaming platform. "Roblox," "Robux," and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, used herein solely for identification purposes.

As used in these Terms of Service:

"Vault Coins" or "VC" means the primary virtual currency on VaultBet used to play Games and access platform features. Vault Coins may be deposited and withdrawn subject to platform policies. Vault Coins have no independent cash value outside the platform and are for entertainment purposes only.

"Safe Coins" or "SC" means the secondary virtual currency on VaultBet used exclusively for free-play. Safe Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for any currency or item of real-world value. Safe Coins are for entertainment purposes only and hold no monetary value under any circumstance.

"XP" or "Level" means the progression system on VaultBet earned through gameplay activity. XP determines a user's Level, which unlocks rakeback benefits and other platform rewards. XP and Levels can never decrease.

"Games" means the chance-based entertainment games offered on VaultBet, including but not limited to Dice, Mines, Plinko, Crash, Blackjack, Baccarat, Towers, Roulette, Rock Paper Scissors, HiLo, Crates, Crate Battles, and Crate Royale.

By accessing VaultBet or using the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service, and you certify that: (i) you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to these Terms of Service; (iii) you are using the Services freely, voluntarily, and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment; (iv) you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation; and (v) all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. You agree that we have this unilateral right, and that all modifications or changes are in force and enforceable immediately upon posting. The updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes through the Platform or our Discord server, but continued use of VaultBet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

VaultBet is an entertainment platform. We do not take or place illegal bets and do not recommend or encourage illegal gambling. Our Games are chance-based entertainment products that operate using internal virtual currencies with no independent real-world cash value.

Safe Coins (SC) are provided free of charge and carry no monetary value under any circumstances. Games played with Safe Coins involve no real-world consideration, prize, or stake, and therefore do not constitute gambling under any applicable law.

Vault Coins (VC) are an internal virtual currency subject to platform policies. The availability of Vault Coin deposits and withdrawals is subject to change and does not constitute gambling under applicable law. Nothing on VaultBet should be construed as an offer or invitation to engage in gambling.

Gambling, whether in-person or online, is not legal in all jurisdictions. By using VaultBet, you confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole and absolute responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. VaultBet accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

5.1 Registration. You may create a single account on VaultBet by providing a valid username, email address, and password. You must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

5.2 Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to maintain the accuracy of that information. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that information you have provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and without liability.

5.3 No Account Sharing. You will not use, attempt to access, or request the login credentials of any other user's account. You will not allow any third party to access or use your account, nor provide your login credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. VaultBet is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5.4 Termination by You. You may request deletion of your account by contacting VaultBet support via our Discord server. Upon deletion, you will forfeit all rights and interests in your account, including any Vault Coins and Safe Coins remaining in your account. You should withdraw any Vault Coins before requesting deletion. Accounts may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or shared.

5.5 Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of bots or automation, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all balances. VaultBet is not responsible for preserving terminated account information.

6.1 Platform Access. VaultBet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its content ("Materials") solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for providing your own internet access, hardware, and software.

6.2 User Content. By submitting content to VaultBet - including your username, profile image, and chat messages ("Content") - you grant VaultBet a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You are solely responsible for all Content you submit and confirm that it does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

6.3 Intellectual Property. All Materials on VaultBet - including game logic, design, graphics, logos, and software - are the property of VaultBet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Materials without our express prior written consent.

You agree to use VaultBet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

(a) Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including any commercial, fraudulent, or illegal purpose.

(b) Violate any applicable law or regulation, including laws relating to gambling, intellectual property, privacy, or data protection.

(c) Use bots, scripts, automation tools, exploits, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.

(d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform or its Games.

(e) Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or use another user's account.

(f) Abuse, exploit, or attempt to exploit any bug, glitch, or unintended feature of the Platform. Any bugs or exploits must be reported to VaultBet staff immediately.

(g) Abuse bonuses, referral codes, affiliate programs, or promotional offers, including creating fake accounts to claim rewards.

(h) Post, upload, or share Content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates our Chat Rules.

(i) Advertise, promote, or link to third-party websites, services, live streamers, or social media handles within the Platform.

(j) Collect or share personal information about other users without their consent.

(k) Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, scamming, phishing, or other financial crime in connection with the Platform.

(l) Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to VaultBet's servers, networks, or systems.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all balances, without notice or liability.

8.1 Vault Coins (VC). Vault Coins are VaultBet's primary internal virtual currency. VC may be deposited onto the Platform and used to play Games and access platform features. Subject to VaultBet's policies, VC may be withdrawn. VaultBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VC deposits and withdrawals at any time without notice. Vault Coins have no guaranteed real-world cash value and are not legal tender.

8.2 Safe Coins (SC). Safe Coins are VaultBet's free-play virtual currency. SC may be earned through platform activities and used to play Games for entertainment only. Safe Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for anything of real-world value under any circumstances. Safe Coins hold no monetary value whatsoever.

8.3 No Obligation. VaultBet has no obligation to exchange, redeem, or compensate users for virtual currencies held in their accounts, except as expressly provided in these Terms. Virtual currency balances are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded outside the Platform.

8.4 Forfeiture. Upon account termination for cause, all virtual currency balances are forfeited. VaultBet will not restore forfeited balances under any circumstances.

VaultBet operates a Level-based progression system. Users earn XP through gameplay, and accumulated XP determines their Level. Higher Levels unlock increasing rakeback percentages and other platform benefits.

XP is earned based on Vault Coin wagers and never decreases. Levels are permanent and cannot be reduced. VaultBet reserves the right to modify the XP-to-Level conversion, rakeback percentages, and all associated rewards at any time without notice.

Rakeback rewards are provided at VaultBet's sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. Abuse of the Level or rakeback system - including bet manipulation to farm XP - is prohibited and will result in account termination.

VaultBet offers Crate-based games including Crates (individual openings), Crate Battles (multiplayer head-to-head), and Crate Royale (multi-player elimination format). These games involve random item outcomes determined by server-side algorithms.

All Crate game outcomes are final and non-reversible. Item values are determined by VaultBet and are subject to change. VaultBet makes no guarantee as to the outcome of any Crate game.

Crate Battles and Crate Royale may include bot participants. Bot behaviour is disclosed on the Platform. VaultBet does not guarantee the availability of human opponents at all times.

VaultBet operates an affiliate and referral programme. Users may receive affiliate codes that entitle them and referred users to certain bonuses. Abuse of the affiliate or referral system - including self-referrals, fake account creation, or coordinated abuse - is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all affiliate earnings and account termination.

VaultBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate programme at any time without notice. Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed and are subject to VaultBet's sole discretion.

VaultBet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

VaultBet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VaultBet, its operators, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of virtual currency balances, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall VaultBet's total liability to you exceed the amount of Vault Coins held in your account at the time of the claim, converted at the platform rate of 1 VC = $0.01 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VaultBet and its operators, staff, moderators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) any Content you submit to the Platform.

VaultBet is committed to promoting responsible play. We encourage all users to set personal limits, take regular breaks, and never wager more than they can afford to lose.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified support organisation. VaultBet reserves the right to impose account limits or restrictions to promote responsible gambling and may do so without notice.

VaultBet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation. The name "Roblox," "Robux," "Limiteds," and all related names, marks, and logos are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Any reference to Roblox or its products on VaultBet is purely for descriptive or identification purposes and does not imply any official relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

If you have a dispute with VaultBet, you agree to first contact us through our official Discord server and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. VaultBet staff will review disputes in good faith, but all decisions made by VaultBet staff regarding account actions, balance disputes, and game outcomes are final.

You agree that any unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VaultBet.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and VaultBet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

VaultBet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 16.

VaultBet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without VaultBet's prior written consent.
